Ping came to join us at Dantero kennels in Oct '97. Ping is a very stable, medium drive, "typey" dog. I can't emphasize stable enough, this is one of the most "bomb proof" dogs I have ever seen, of any breed. She passed her HIC and we will hopefully do some more herding at some point. We have also recently (Dec '98) started tracking training, hopefully she will get her TD this Spring/Summer. Ping will also be seen in the show ring. She was bred to Enzo in 1998 and produced an excellent litter, good type, high drives, outgoing, etc. I kept 2 pups from this litter, Banzaii and B'Anka du Dantero. She was bred the following year (Spring '99) to Fric des Bergers Valliants - FRIII, TT, OFA/CERF. This produced the C litter du Dantero.
Ping spent the second half of her life as the beloved companion of Mary.
Ping was the foundation female for Dantero Malinois, she was the mother of Cali, the grandmother of JaJa, the great-grandmother of Kira, and the great-great-grandmother of Ares, my current competition dog. She was also the mother, grandmother and great-grandmother of other dogs that have played, and will continue to play, an import part in my program.
