About "Moisin"
DOB: Oct 31, 1996Breed: Belgian Malinois
Moisin is a big male, with excellent drives, stability, and a full hard bite. In overall character and mannerisms reminds me a lot of his sire Enzo, more than probably any of Enzo's other offspring. The first time I saw Moisin he impressed me, and every time I saw him after that he continued to impress me.
I first saw Moisin when he was 9 months old, at an FR seminar and trial. There had been a translation error between his owner and a visiting French decoy. His owner wanted to train Moisin, the decoy thought he said "test". Moisin was sent on a full field face attack, and the decoy did everything he could to prevent him from biting. Huge barrage, esquives, HARD stick work once he was on the bite (yes, he did come through it and bite). After his owner got down the field and out'd him, Moisin wanted more. And I wanted to purchase him on the spot 🙂
At 9 years old he's still training on a regular basis, although he's retired from competition. Moisin has pups titled in multiple venues, his son Kahn won the NARA and Mexican Championships at FRII and will now start competing at FRIII.
